At EquipmentStack, keeping every athlete’s equipment list accurate and up to date is our top priority. We know that athletes switch gear frequently — new sponsorships are signed, there are always new equipment models, and more.
Because no single team can catch every update in real time, we’ve included a comment section on each page. Below are instructions on how to post a helpful, well-sourced comment so we can action your update without delay.
How to post proof
Step 1 — Scroll to the bottom of the athlete’s page Navigate to the athlete page with the outdated equipment and scroll all the way to the bottom until you see the comment section.
Step 2 — Write your comment In the comment box, state which equipment is outdated, what the correct current equipment is, and include a direct link to a verifiable source as proof. Your source can be a social media post, YouTube video, interview, official match footage, or a brand sponsorship page.
Example: “Alex Lanier is no longer using the Yonex Astrox 99 Pro Gen 1. He is now using the Yonex Astrox 99 Pro 3rd Gen – source: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1901598867052197”.
Step 3 — Enter your name and email Fill in your name and email address in the fields below the comment box. Your email will not be published.
Step 4 — Click “Post Comment” Hit the orange Post Comment button to submit. Once we receive your comment, we will verify the source and update the page as soon as possible.
